We sit on the founder's side of the table.

Most advisory shops in the region are extensions of brokers, banks, or accounting firms. They charge by the hour, optimize for volume, and treat your raise as one of forty things in their pipeline.

We're operators. We've built financial models for sovereign wealth pitches, run cap tables through painful down rounds, written diligence memos that closed deals, and watched founders give up too much because nobody had their back.

That last part — being the person who has the founder's back — is what we actually sell. Everything else is just craft.
